With Group Project Trace Free App, you as the project leader will be given a smooth and easy way to oversee the status of project on all project stakeholders or project members.

Technical Requirement :- An readable and writable FTP access.
With above minimum technical requirement, you and your team will able to access the project status update at real time. Also without spending $$$$ to create a server environment and sharing the project status.
2 modes in 1 app:
Admin Mode - for you as project leader to assign tasks for team member, access key for user mode and check the status among them.
User Mode - for team member to sign on as user mode and update their own tasks.
The first Admin Mode approach:
1) Get the details of your own FTP access ready.
2) On the Settings tab, click Administrator Mode button.
3) Fill in the new administrator password, FTP link access information and click log in. The system will set the records database on the FTP server. {Kindly remind you just enter the administrator password, you need to remember the password for next time use of administrator mode access!}
4) Once the system prompted the admin mode ready, then click on the Users tab. Creating users and their access codes, assign tasks to them. Then hit Update to Server under settings tab.
5) Of course, your users will need to use this app via the same FTP links and the access codes that you created for synchronise the data.

Reports - Review all teams member work progress (Admin & User Mode)
Update - For each team member to update the work progress ( User Mode Only)
Users - For team leader to create new team members, assigns tasks for each of them. (Admin Mode Only)
Settings - For sign-on purpose (Admin or Users Modes)
